These terms and conditions are applicable to you upon your accessing the site and/or completing the registration or shopping process. These terms and conditions, or any part of them, may be terminated by Healthy LifeCare LLC without notice at any time, for any reason. The provisions relating to Copyrights, Trademark, Disclaimer, Limitation of Liability, Indemnification and Miscellaneous, shall survive any termination.

Return Policy
Unopened product can be exchanged for an equal value product or returned for a full refund to the original paying account within 14 days of purchase. Returns of opened product are not allowed. Refunds do not include any shipping costs paid by the customer. International returns are subject to full cost of freight and handling. Returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee.
Once you decide to return an item, you need to submit the request to return@healthy-lifecare.com or call us at (650) 752-8804 for a return merchandise (RMA) number before returning your item to us. Please carefully pack all items to be returned in their original packaging. Healthy LifeCare LLC is not responsible for shipping costs or damage on returned items. Please be advised that packages sent by basic United States Postal Service cannot be tracked to ensure delivery. We recommend that you use a delivery method that can be tracked and or insured. Healthy LifeCare LLC cannot provide credit for a return until we have received the returned item.

Shipping and Delivery
At this time, Healthy LifeCare LLC ships merchandise to locations within the United States of America, including 48 contiguous states, Hawaii, Alaska, and Washington D.C. In addition, Healthy LifeCare LLC may, but with no guarantee, accept orders with shipping address in Mexico or some locations in the South America. The risk of loss and title for all merchandise ordered on this web site pass to the buyer when the merchandise is delivered to the shipping carrier.

International
Customs and import duties may be applied to International orders when the shipment reaches its destination. Such charges are the responsibility of the recipient of your order and vary from country to country. Contact your local customs office for details. Shipping laws are different in each country. It is your responsibility to check with your Customs office to verify whether the country to which you are shipping permits the shipment of your products. Healthy LifeCare LLC is not responsible for any direct, indirect, punitive, or consequential damages that arise from improper international shipping practices.

Medicare
Healthy LifeCare L.L.C. is not a participating contractor with Medicare. For buyers with Medicare need to file a claim for Medicare reimbursement by themselves.
